Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom, made-to-order, preorder, or personalized items may require additional processing time. Please refer to the individual product page for applicable turnaround times.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Available shipping methods, rates, and any free-shipping offers are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

Some shipping methods may not include tracking. If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Orders

International shipping is available to select destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Silenced Roots is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us at connect@silencedroots.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If you experience an issue with a tracked shipment, including a package that appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at connect@silencedroots.com so we can review the situation with you.

For shipments sent using an untracked shipping method, tracking and carrier delivery confirmation are not available.

This is much better for you because we're not hard-coding your $50 threshold, Canada threshold, $3/$6 prices, Pirate Ship, USPS, or any particular carrier. You can change your shipping setup later without remembering to come back and rewrite this policy.
