What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of our handmade, cause-driven work, we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is deeply important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at connect@silencedroots.com or use our Contact Us page, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you offer refunds for custom orders?

Custom orders are carefully crafted just for you. Here’s what to expect:

  • Once production begins, custom orders cannot be refunded.
  • You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo so we can offer a replacement or store credit.

All orders are shipped from the United States.

How are your products made?

At Silenced Roots, everything is designed by us and rooted in resistance, heritage, and intention.

  • Stickers, bookmarks, and magnets are handcrafted in-house using premium materials for durability and weather resistance.
  • Apparel is designed by Silenced Roots and produced in partnership with a trusted third-party manufacturer — chosen specifically to ensure high-quality, long-lasting wear.
  • Every piece starts with our original design, whether made in-house or through our partner.
  • Each item tells a story we refuse to let be erased.
Can I use your stickers on water bottles, laptops, etc.?

For best results, apply stickers to smooth, clean surfaces such as laptops, glass, notebooks, and most phone cases.
Note: Stickers may curl or peel on bumpy or textured areas. Always press firmly for long-lasting wear.
