Return Policy

At Silenced Roots, every piece is crafted with purpose and care. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and limited-run items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and issue a replacement or store credit when eligible.

 

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins or the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
